The Vital Insight Professional Services team has established a foundation of training programs to ensure that each of our customers optimizes its investment in our Governance Insight™ solutions.

Following implementation, the Vital Insight Professional Services team provides each of our customers with on-site product training and “train the trainer” sessions to aid the successful and efficient integration of Governance Insight into the customer’s operations. Our goal is to ensure that customers have the appropriate knowledge and background to maximize the capabilities of our products.

Our training programs help customers quickly learn how to use and navigate our Governance Insight solutions. Our products are built with the user in mind, providing easy-to-navigate screens and common features such as drag/drop and copy/paste. The intuitive nature of Vital Insight’s Governance Insight minimizes training time, allowing customers to enjoy the benefits of our solutions immediately.
